Resistance bands began to be used by physiotherapists for rehabilitation, but nowadays, they are gaining popularity in the world of fitness. They are used by both men and women, due to the wide variety of applications, exercises and objectives they offer us. The resistance bands are divided into colors according to their level of resistance, depending on the color, the hardness of the elastic band will be different. From lower to higher intensity we have resistance bands yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver and gold.
