SHOULDER EXERCISE

For this exercise we must have a very long elastic band, depending on how high we are. In this exercise we are going to stop likewise in the previous exercise, visualize the middle of the tape. Later we will raise the elastic band grips and we will go up to the shoulders. In this way, we have to place our hands to make an upward movement. Then we will proceed to finish raising the arms to as stiff as possible. This exercise is common for the triceps. 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. Rest of 2 to 3 minutes between each series. Do not arch your back in no time. Slow movements, 4 seconds to go down and up. Strengthening the triceps.   1 Position 2 Position

EXERCISE FOR CHEST

This exercise is often called "lizards with resistance", since the tape does its heavy work. We are going to make a conventional lizard to work the chest, but what changes is that we will place the elastic band. We are going to press with the hands on the floor, placing under one end of the tape and we pass the tape through the back. In this same way, place the tape so that it presses into the natural position of the lizard. Afterwards, we go down slowly and the tension will feel when going up. 4 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions. Rest of 2 to 3 minutes between each series. Do not arch your back in no time. Slow movements, 4 seconds to go down and up. RESISTANCE BANDS TRAINING

In the following entries to this blog we will show a series of exercises to perform with resistance bands so you can establish a training routine with them. But before you start you should take into account some tips: To get the most out of all exercises you will have to repeat these exercise al least 1-3 times a week for a longer period of time. Be aware though that you let your muscles rest before repeating the same exercises. Usually this takes up to 1-2 days. Do not perform these exercises every day as you will strain intead of strengthen the muscle.

1. EASY TO TRANSPORT.  The resistance bands are small and they don't take up much space, so they are very practical for take them to the gym or on a travel. 2. IT ALLOWS YOU TO DO EXERCISE AT HOME.
