RESISTANCE BANDS TRAINING

In the following entries to this blog we will show a series of exercises to perform with resistance bands so you can establish a training routine with them. But before you start you should take into account some tips:

To get the most out of all exercises you will have to repeat these exercise al least 1-3 times a week for a longer period of time. Be aware though that you let your muscles rest before repeating the same exercises. Usually this takes up to 1-2 days.

Do not perform these exercises every day as you will strain intead of strengthen the muscle.
