EXERCISES FOR WARMING DELTOIDS

Warm up before starting training is very important to prevent injuries and improve performance. In this post we will show several warm-up exercises for the shoulder.

The elastic bands are a good tool to warm muscles as they offer us a small resistance to pre-activate the musculature.
