TRAINING WITH RESISTANCE BAND FOR TENNIS

Tennis is an individual sport that requires a high physical condition. It is characterized by short sprints at high intensity, high levels of muscular strength and concentration, but the most important thing is to have a high technical level to control the trajectory of the ball. If we do not have a good physical condition, fatigue accumulates and efficiency in the technique of the blow is lost.
